In the light of recent developments related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) we would like to reassure our customers that our plan is to continue to operate all of our services as normal, within the restrictions and advice provided by the government. Steps are in place to ensure that the health and safety of both our employees and customers remains our primary concern. 
We are providing resources to help employees modify how they work, including flexible schedules and remote work where possible. 
We have created a forum to help employees stay connected and keep up to date with information to help them stay healthy. 
Effective immediately all on-site work will be limited and any assistance will be carried out over the telephone where possible. We have stopped all international travel until further notice and domestic travel is restricted to emergency visits and this will be reviewed on an ad hoc basis. 
During any developments over the next few weeks we will continue to update our website.
